Order Amounts

• Minimum home delivery order value: £500
• Maximum home delivery order value: £3,000
• For larger amounts than £3,000 please visit BB Cash by Russell Square Tube station.

Quick & Secure Delivery

• Fully insured and sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
• We only send to the address on the payment card.
• Please ensure that there is someone at the address to sign for the order.
• However, if you're out, you’ll be able to collect your parcel from your local Royal Mail sorting office or re-arrange delivery via Royal Mail.
• Order over £500.
• Order by 3pm for next working day delivery.

Delivery Information

• You can order right up until 3.00pm, Monday through to Thursday and your order will be dispatched that day and delivered to you by 1.00pm the next day. Next day delivery is not available for orders placed after 3.00pm – these will be dispatched the following day and delivered the day after that.
• If you place an order after 3.00pm on a Thursday or up to 3.00pm on a Friday you can choose for it to be delivered to you on a Saturday (we cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will fulfil Saturday delivery requests - in this occurrence we will not be able to refund any postage fee should your delivery not arrive on Saturday). Otherwise, the earliest delivery day is the following Tuesday.
• Where a Monday delivery date has been requested, your order will be dispatched on a Friday as Royal Mail do not collect from us on a Saturday or Sunday. As such you may receive your package on a Saturday.
• Your email confirmation will confirm the date of your delivery. If you need to change this, please contact us before 3.00pm on the day of dispatch. Unfortunately, after this time you cannot change the delivery date.
• When ordering via Home Delivery we recommend you leave at least 48 hours before your travel to guarantee you receive your travel money in time, as from time to time there can be delays (such as postal strikes for example). Alternatively, you can place a Click & Collect order and collect from BB Cash located by Russell Square Tube Station.
• Orders are sent next working day by Royal Mail Special Delivery and can be delivered to most UK residential addresses in conjunction with Royal Mail's delivery policy.
• Please note the payment card used for Home Delivery orders must be registered to the delivery address. This includes work addresses.
• Please ensure that there is someone at the address to sign for the order.

Delivery Cost

• Between £500 and £750 – Cost of postage and insurance - £6.85
• Between £751 to £1000 – Cost of postage and insurance - £7.85
• Between £1001 and £3000 – Cost of postage £9.85.

Delivery FAQ

How does Home Delivery work?

Once your currency order has been dispatched, we will send you a second email to confirm that it is on its way. We send all orders via Royal Mail Special Delivery so you should receive your currency the following working day (this can be a Saturday). If your order has not arrived within this time period, please call our customer support team who will assist you on 0203 916 5692 or email us on info@bb-cash.com.

How can I pay for my home delivery order?

Minimum order value for delivery is £500 and you can order up to £3,000. For orders over £3,000 please call our customer service team on 0203 916 5692 or email us on info@bb-cash.com.

Can I schedule my home delivery?

Yes, you can place your order up to 7 days in advance and schedule the day you would like to receive it.

Can I have my travel money order delivered to a different address?

No, for security reasons your home and billing address must match.

Can I pick up my order from one of your branches instead of having it delivered?

Yes, use our Click and Collect service for in-store collection.

Unsure if my order will arrive before I travel?

The quickest way to purchase travel money from us is in store. Alternatively, you can use our Click & Collect service to secure our best rate, then collect & pay in store. We will email you when your order is ready for collection. We hold major currencies like the Euro and US Dollar in stock, so we anticipate these orders will be ready for collection within 1 working day. Other currencies may need to be ordered in and should be ready for collection within 4 working days.

How long does it take for currency to be delivered?

Next day delivery is offered on all Euros and US dollars ordered before 3pm. When ordering another currency, if it’s in stock it will be immediately dispatched for next day delivery. Occasionally, your currency may need to be ordered in, this can take up to 4 days. Once ready, your currency will be immediately dispatched for delivery.

Do I need to be home to sign for my home delivery order?

Yes, someone from your household needs to be home to sign for your order.
